High School

Some of the many drawings I did through out High School.

This piece has some sentimental value. This is of the art room in the Old Davis High. It no longer exists.

My Little Shadow

For one of my assignments, I had to draw a picture of our living room...My little brother, Jordie had to do what his big sister was doing. I found this so SWEET!!!! Oct 2002

Junior High Days

This bird, along with another one that I drew, which was purchased by Mr. Roundy was submitted into the Utah Bird Festival.

I really started to develope my talent once I started Jr. High. I had an awesome art teacher, Mr. Roundy. He really encouraged me to continue on with my talent. These 2 Vanishing Point pieces were used as examples for Mr. Roundy's classes. Its funny to look back on them now.

Early Art

One of the MANY drawings I did as a young child. This was done in 1990. I was 5!!! I loved to draw.

How It All Started

My very first piece of artwork that I have is a picture of "mom with 3 babies in her tummy." Which I drew at the age of 3. Thanks to my mom who kept many of my early master pieces!

Gentle Giant

This is my most recent piece. I entered this one this year into the Hogle Zoo Exhibition. Sadly it wasn't accepted. That only encourages me to do better on the drawing I will submit next year. When I picked up my drawing from the zoo, there was a little piece of tape with this message written on it, "I love this piece and was sad it didn't make it in" then it was signed by one of the judges. I really love this one...

Freedom

I entered this Eagle for the Hogle Zoo Exhibition in 2006. It was accepted and on display at the zoo. This was a little different than all my other drawings. This one was done on black paper. It was fun to change it up a little.

Its All In The Eyes

This is my pride and joy!!!! I entered this piece into the Hogle Zoo Art Exhibition in 2004. The drawing was accepted and was on display at the Hogle Zoo, and was also chosen by the Utah Traveling Arts Commitee to go on tour through out Utah... It was so exciting!!! This is my favorite animal, and probably my favorite piece of artwork.

Pearl Harbor

This piece is in memory of my uncle Keith M. Jensen, who died aboard the U.S.S Arizona at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. I entered this piece into a Patriotic Scholarship Art Contest. My drawing took state and went on to compete nationally.

Wisdom

This Indian Woman is part of a piece I drew for the Springville Art Show. I was so excited to have my artwork on display there.

My Widdle Jordie

I drew this picture from a photograph that I had taken for a Photography Class in 2003. This is definitely one of my favorites!! I love my Jordie to pieces!!!!!
